Shipping, Returns, Exchanges & Other Policies

 

Shipping:

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Please allow up to 24 hours before tracking your package. US shipping may take between 3-10 business days depending on location and shipping method. 

Your package will be delivered to the address you enter at checkout or your address on file. Please be sure your address is correct.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will replace or repair any damaged item.

Returns

We will exchange products that are unworn, and in its original packaging within 15 days of receiving the product. Please contact us within 15 days if you would like to exchange a product.

All sales/discount offers are final. Discounts can not be applied to previous orders. 

Product Care/ Protection:

To protect your jewelry pls avoid contact with perfumes, baths, pools, chemicals and lotions.

Repairs:

 All our items are made to last  Just in case you have an issue with an item/items and need to repair it please contact us via email. We will be happy to repair your item/items. ALL original pieces, beads, etc. has to be send back to us for repairs.
